Our Tropical Easter Egg Cakes are a refined, modern entremet combining bold flavours with elegant design-crafted entirely by hand in our North London patisserie.

At the heart of each dessert lies a vibrant mango insert, designed as a soft “yolk”, bringing freshness and natural acidity. This is encased in a light and aromatic coconut & Malibu mousse, forming the smooth white chocolate egg shell.

The egg sits on a base of ultimate chocolate sponge, topped with a silky chocolate mousse nest, adding depth and richness to every bite. Finished with delicate touches of green sponge crumble, this dessert balances indulgence with freshness.
