Traditional Romanian Pasca with Sweet Cheese is a classic Easter brioche cake rooted in Eastern European tradition and freshly prepared in our North London bakery.

Our Pasca is made with a soft, enriched brioche dough and filled with a smooth, lightly sweetened cheese mixture flavoured with vanilla, citrus zest and raisins. The result is delicate, balanced and gently aromatic — a true Easter centrepiece.

Collection & Courier

Collection is available from our patisserie in N15, North London.

Customers are also welcome to arrange their own courier for collection. We are happy to assist with safe handover to your chosen driver.
