Award-winning and unforgettable, our Peanut Praline Cake is a luxurious multi-layered creation that celebrates texture and flavour in every bite. Crafted with precision, it begins with a delicate peanut and hazelnut dacquoise sponge, generously filled with silky milk chocolate and peanut caramel ganache.

The base delivers a delightful crunch with a layer of white chocolate praline and feuilletine, while a smooth chocolate caramel mousse and soft almond sponge add depth and balance. Finished with a crisp chocolate tuile and shards of caramelised peanut brittle, this cake is a masterpiece of refined indulgence.
