Apple Pie – Buttery Pastry & Fresh Bramley Apples

We use a special recipe for our pastry, that doesn't crumble but melts in the mouth with a slight crunch. Using locally sourced fresh Bramley apples, we create our homemade puree and combine with large chunks of the fruit and a touch of sugar.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, Bramley apples
