This website is operated by Prestige Patisserie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prestige Patisserie. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

Orders & Payments

Standard Cakes

• All cakes are made to order.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your production slot.

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Wedding & Bespoke Cakes

• Wedding and bespoke cakes require advance planning, ingredient sourcing, scheduling, and preparation.

• For this reason, we do not offer pay-on-delivery or leave balances outstanding until the event date.

• Payment confirms the booking, secures the date, and allows us to begin work.

Bespoke Recipe Development & Tastings

• Where bespoke flavour development or recipe changes are requested, this work is carried out specifically for the client.

• Once recipe development has begun, this work is non-refundable.

• Tastings are offered after an order is confirmed and are intended to finalise flavour direction, not as a trial before commitment.

• For bespoke wedding cakes, tastings typically include up to two recipe variants unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes & Cancellations

• Due to the bespoke nature of our cakes, we are unable to accept returns.

• Changes to size, design, flavour, delivery date, or venue may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

• Cancellations may be non-refundable depending on how close the event date is and whether planning, recipe development, or production has begun.

Collection & Delivery

Collection

• Collection times are agreed in advance.

• Clients are responsible for safe transport once the cake has been collected.

Delivery

• Delivery times are agreed in advance based on venue access and event schedules.

• Once the cake has been delivered and set up at the venue, responsibility passes to the client or venue.

• We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage due to venue staff, guests, weather, or improper storage.

Design & Decoration

• Clients are responsible for confirming final design details prior to production.

• Where flowers are used, they must be food-safe and approved in advance.

• Any decorative elements supplied by third parties (e.g. florists) are the responsibility of the client.

Pricing & Availability

• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

• In the event that an order must be cancelled by us, a refund will be issued for any uncompleted work.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Prestige Patisserie and may not be used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Patisserie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
