A crisp, buttery sweet pastry base holds a vibrant layer of strawberry jam, topped with soft almond frangipane, baked to golden perfection.

Each tart is finished with either a delicate glaze or a scattering of flaked almonds for a light crunch. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, this classic is handmade in small batches at our North London bakery and available for collection only.
